It's different from the Empire! Fullness comes from behind the horns vs. from the top of board. Requires a different shape of the pattern and different construction. Can be gathered or pleated. Can be cut as a seamless valance, if desired. Includes cutting lines for 16", 18", and 20" swag depth. A single swag section can be up tp 38" wide, add more swag sections for larger windows. The actual pattern instructions have been upgraded and improved. We have also included an additional jabot that has a curve bottom shape.
