Shipping Terms:

Orders placed before 10am EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Exceptions may apply. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Return Policy:

Unopened M'Fay Patterns, Tools & Supplies may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Books & Educational Resources (including DVDs and digital downloads) are non-refundable.
