This dust ruffle has flat areas that are separated with groups of decorative pleats. Complete instructions and patterns will allow you to fit any size bed and can accommodate a footboard. This dust ruffle sews to a band of fabric which is attached to the box springs with hook and loop tape. The sham is very easy to make. It has a double flange and is ideal for mixing two fabrics.
