This series of stretches debuted at the Education Station during 2024 Custom Workroom Conference and have become part of the daily health routine and culture at Adaptive Textiles (parent company to The Workroom Channel & Marketplace). - Increases range of motion, reduces sprain-strain injury risks, and helps control postural fatigue
- Warms and prepares muscles, pre-fueling them with oxygen and other needed resources
- Reduces internal friction and stiffness involving muscles, tendons, joints, and ligaments
- Reduces soreness and fatigue related to physical exertion, lifting, and using tools
